What is the warranty policy for spare parts?
We provide free vulnerable parts with the container. If any parts are damaged due to quality issues within 13 months from the B/L date, we will send new replacements after confirmation.
What type of packaging is used for international shipping?
Standard export packages consist of secure wooden boxes and reinforced bundles to ensure the safety of the elevator components during transit.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We primarily accept payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) at sight or L/C (Letter of Credit).
