What are the accepted payment and trade terms?
We approve T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) at sight. Standard trade terms including FOB, CFR, and CIF are available through our reliable forwarders, or you may use your own.
What information is required for a price estimate?
To provide a price, we need: A. Passenger capacity (e.g., 450kg/630kg/800kg); B. Number of floors/stops/doors; C. Shaft dimensions (width and depth); D. Presence of a machine room; E. Escalator specifications if applicable.
How is the equipment packaged for transport?
All elevator components are securely packed into solid wooden cases. Typically, one 20' container is sufficient to transport one 6-floor elevator set.
How are installation and maintenance handled?
We can provide engineering guidance for installation and worker training. Alternatively, local professional elevator engineers can complete the work using our comprehensive guidebooks and technical support, which is often more cost-effective.
