Complete accompanying documents including installation manuals are delivered with the equipment. Remote technical support is available via email, video, and messaging apps. If necessary, technicians can be dispatched to the job site to assist.
What is your policy on spare parts and guarantees?
We provide free vulnerable parts within the container. If any parts are damaged due to quality issues within 13 months after the B/L date, we will provide a new replacement after confirmation.

Standard export packaging consists of secure wooden boxes and bundles to ensure the safety of the equipment during transport.
What are the accepted payment terms?
