What is the warranty period and spare parts policy?
We offer a 13-month guarantee from the B/L date. Free vulnerable parts are included in the initial shipment. Any parts damaged due to quality issues within the warranty period will be replaced free of charge.
What kind of packaging is used for international shipping?
All products are packed in standard export-grade wooden cases and bundles to ensure maximum protection during sea transportation.
What are the standard payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are T/T at sight or L/C. Production begins after the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
What is the typical delivery lead time?
The standard delivery time is 20-30 working days after confirmation of the deposit and technical specifications.
Can the load capacity and car size be customized?
