What is the policy for spare parts and guarantee?
We provide free vulnerable parts with the container. If any parts are damaged due to quality issues within 13 months after the B/L date, we will provide a new replacement after confirmation.
What kind of packaging is used for shipping?
Wooden boxes and bundles are used as standard export packages to ensure the safety of the equipment during transport.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We typically accept T/T at sight or L/C for our transactions.

The standard delivery time is 20-30 working days after the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
