What is the warranty policy for spare parts?
Free vulnerable parts are provided with each container. We offer a 13-month guarantee from the date of the Bill of Lading (B/L). If any parts are damaged due to quality issues within this period, replacements will be sent upon confirmation.
What kind of packaging is used for shipping?
We use standard export packaging, which includes robust wooden cases and bundles to ensure the safety of the elevator components during transit.

We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) at sight or L/C (Letter of Credit) for our orders.
