Complete installation manuals are delivered with the equipment. Remote technical support is available via email, video, and messaging apps. If required, technicians can be dispatched to the job site.
2. What is the warranty and spare parts policy?
We provide free vulnerable parts with the shipment. Any parts damaged due to quality issues within 13 months of the B/L date will be replaced free of charge after confirmation.
3. What kind of packaging is used for export?
Standard export packaging consists of secure wooden cases and bundles to ensure the safety of the elevator components during transit.
4. What are the accepted payment terms?
We generally accept T/T at sight or L/C for international orders.
5. What is the typical delivery timeframe?
Production and delivery usually take 20-30 working days after the contract is signed and the deposit is received.
