What are the payment and trade terms?
We accept T/T and L/C at sight. Standard trade terms like FOB, CFR, and CIF are available through our reliable forwarders, or you may use your own.
What information is required for a price inquiry?
We need to know: A. Capacity (number of persons); B. Number of floors/stops; C. Shaft size (width x depth); D. Presence of a machine room; E. Step width and angle for escalators.
How is the packaging handled?
All parts are packed in solid wooden cases. Generally, one 20' container is sufficient for a 6-floor elevator set.
How do you handle installation and maintenance?
We provide detailed guidebooks and technical support. You can use local professional engineers, or we can send our engineers to guide the installation and train your workers.
